This year I got a little late with all Easter preparations, and I found myself in the urge of coming up with something cute yet simple for two special moms I’ve recently had the blessing to become close to. No time for making my own printables, no time for setting up a DIY gift box… so what could I do? Recycle boxes from my wedding and borrow a printable from another blogger!!
So, first of all I used a very cute Bunny layout from a free printable generously shared by Erin from Strawberry Mommycakes via http://www.Iheartnaptime.net (be sure you get some time to check both these blogs out, I love them!), then I prepared some chocolate eggs by melting some dark chocolate in the microwave and using the silicone mould I had especially bought for Easter. I secured the cute bunny to my plastic box, decorated with a fancy ribbon, glued a pom-pom tail to the back of the box and filled it with a cupcake paper cup and the chocolate eggs!
easy, fast, and… sweet!
I hope you enjoyed the project,
Share the Love,
PS1: I could not resist adding eyelashes to the bunny… I’m just obsessed with thick, dark, long eyelashes!!!
PS2: I’m S-O-R-R-Y for the un-professional pictures… I was trying to take them while my toddler was moving her first steps around the house!!
