When I got pregnant with my baby girl a whole new world opened up for me. Literally. And it was the greatest blessing of my life.
Before that, I used to be a neuroscientist wannabe, i.e. a post-doc research fellow who used to work interminable hours in a lab with the hope to really contribute and make the difference. Well, turned out I actually was VERY FAR from all of this, and motherhood opened up my eyes to the truth. Long story. Anyway, the last trimester of pregnancy also gave me an invaluable chance: get (finally!!!!) more time to catch up with tons of creative projects I had been planning and dreaming about for too many months, and finalize them!!! So, as soon as my mind got a chance to put scientific projects in stand-by for a while, it soon got filled with other, much more exciting (!!!!) plans for the future… First of my list: prepare a cozy and super-cute nursery for the incoming baby.
So, as a first step, I started collecting pictures (I love you, Pinterest!) of adorable nurseries that I loved, to find the right inspiration and understand what I was actually looking for. With this post today I’m sharing with you some of the inspiration I got, with the hope that, no matters whether you already have kids, you are expecting one, you’re planning to, or “maybe one day, who knows…”, you may find the right inspiration too!!
These are pastel-coloured nurseries, and I find them adorable!!!!

PS: Still pursuing my neuroscientist dream, though. I’m Aquarius, how could I ever give up a dream?!?
